Grower of the Month March 2018

Anyone who wins any of the contests feel free to have them send your stuff to me XD -- I need it, lol! Still, yeah, I mean... the questions thing is cool but puts me in an odd position in a different way for me: im teaching to learn. I'm not already a master. Besides the fact that it's GD's prerogative..it's fair to reward people who can answer soil, coir, dwc, etc questions in depth with answers, of course. It's a sound idea. At the same time, it seems odd to reward the masters at expense of giving lights that might help some of our new growers growing on CFLs. Figure the lights and stuff might be for newbie (cough or under X month cough) accounts and give the people with huge setups and years of experience exposure with interviews and whatnot. Pick them to test new strains. The questions system and having a contest or reward based on it is a great idea, until it's got money behind it. I'm not the only struggling grower here. It's begging for drama.

@Green09Ranger, beneweed had almost only activity with you at that time, than that 5 mins question... “how do you like my grow” ... something like it ... Come on... I had a look on the hole diary, at that time. Note that I’m choosing my words very carefully because the message is, -use common sense.- Other growers have seen how the account was used and it was not apreciated. Let’s move on... @Ripper, lol, aparantly is possible to keep changing the solutions on the fly since there is a lot of oscillations. -3 in my score +3 to him on the fly. Who knows if there is some politcs playing the role here also with PMs and etc... Speaking vaguely not accusing anyone. Anyhow for me is just for the fun...

@Marquise_ao_Sul, I'm quoting GD on this: "NOTE: To participate in the contest, it has to be your first growing experience ever." Which is why I didn't try it with my first diary, since I did a two of outdoors runs before switching to indoor growing.

@Ripper, Apparently all kind of voting has to be one time only and fix, if not real time swapping start to occur 😂 . Let's take the example when the voting for diary of the month was made by the growers... Also many growers do not close the questions having valid answers for them, maybe this could be better and expose the chosen one to make it transparent.

@burnerac, it won’t show you participating until you get a like or are choosen as having given a correct answer. And then it only tells you about the first one so you know your in but not how many likes you’ve gotten
