IMO, that leaf is nothing to worry about. If indeed you just fed a little, stop and wait a couple of weeks.
If your soil is quality/rich, that will hold you for at least 4 weeks, but more like 6 weeks. Depends on your strain's ability to absorb nutes.
Since your plant is still in veg, it will grow out lots of leaves, and leave the lower ones behind, to trim, as they will be under shade.

Help calcium deficiencyI think I have a bad case of calcium deficiency? This started shortly after switched to 12/12. I added 1/4 tsp to a liter of water 2 days ago. I’m not seeing improvement. What do u think?
I never had so many problems at the same time ( yellow, burned, brown, curled down ect )

-Water pH : approximately 5.5 / 6 (initialy 7.4 and I read that is too high, I reduce him to 5.5/6)
