Hello everyone ;) here's my problem, I have a 120x120x200 600W kit, it's 30 degrees so quite hot, I would like to know how to successfully lower the heat :/... Thank you ;)

dude, best way to have your problem understood and sorted is to give as much info as possible or...just document a journal and people can interact and see what and how you do it. During summers in nice hot countries you can get up to 35-40 degrees, yes it's hot, but the plant resists. As long as your light are not close to the plant to burn it, 30 degrees is not bad. Have you an extractor fan in your grow space? have you an fan blowing on your plants? just increase the air circulation inside and this will decrease your temps! All the best!

UV rays - Is it worth So guys, what are your thoughts about UV light complementation? Earlier this year, I havested an auto flower, and she dind't bulk up the trich production. I ended up with big flowers but with no effect at all. I was wondering if that has something to do with my light setup.

Lamp distance from seedlings? PPFD uploaded in this weeks photos.How far away I should have my lamp from my week old seedlings? I think it has something to do with the PPFD for my lamp (TS600), but I have no idea what it means. The lamp is set right at the very top of my tent now and is 32 inches (81cm) away.
