dude, best way to have your problem understood and sorted is to give as much info as possible or...just document a journal and people can interact and see what and how you do it.
During summers in nice hot countries you can get up to 35-40 degrees, yes it's hot, but the plant resists. As long as your light are not close to the plant to burn it, 30 degrees is not bad. Have you an extractor fan in your grow space? have you an fan blowing on your plants? just increase the air circulation inside and this will decrease your temps!
