Lemon haze auto when to harvest?

Hi guys, this is my first time ever growing a plant in general 🙈🙈.. wanted to know if someone can tell me if my plant need more days to harvest Or it is ready. This is 12 week and I’m growing outside! Thank you for your precious help

Best thing you can do is buy a jewelers loop or magnifying device so you can look for a 20-30% amber trichome count on your buds.. not the sugar leaf's! Happy Harvest!

Is this right? Bud sites creating leaf instead of budBud sites don't seem to be developing instead they seem to be forming leaf mainly on the main stem. In the past when I've come across this I've just pulled the plant out but this time it seems to be the majority of them. The temps have been high lately, could this be related?

How rare are 50-55 day flowerers?I’ve got a cutting of “pure indica” fr ILGM I’ve run several times now. Pics are day 48 in flower. It seems this might be a legit 50-55 day flowerer. Is this Fem seed hermaphroditic?Is this a sign of hermaphroditism? I just noticed what looks like pollen sacs forming on part of my Bruce Banner Fem freebie that I got. Just double checked and there are absolutely no light leaks. I’m assuming bad genetics if this is indeed a herm.

We have issues with pests but i'm not sure what they are. They are like little black flies. With very small round bodies, and their wings are transparent and a bit bigger than their bodies. They are leaving their little white eggs or larvae under the leaves. Any suggestions???Week 5

Accidentally cracked the stem on top what to do?I was looking in LST and see how i’d get this sorted in the small space. While doing so I accidentally broke the top main branch. What do I do? Dead "skin" on the bottom or mold?What is that? Is it normal? Its like dry and I can peel it off kind of like dead "skin" 🤢 but I'm scared cause idk what that is... should I leave it be? Or its bad?
