You can defoliate without much worry up until the third week of flower.. after that i'd stop until your about to harvest.. Just make sure you have a reason is it covering a bud site and you can't tuck it down and away? then cut it! Happy growing!

Yes of course. Especially in veg state. Just stay away from the leaves near the bud sites.

Humidity at nightHow are people keeping humidity down during lights off hours, I have RH of about 77% at 'night'. My temps are about 19°c at night the best it can be. Flowering temperature and light strength?The strain I'm growing can get hues of purple and blue if temps low.
I don't have a AC just fresh air in. If I drop the light % 100% - 75% my temp drops from 77 to 71.
