What is the best lighting for a strawberry Kiel strain seedling that has sprouted 2 days ago? And what is the best temp and humidity for it in a grow tent?

Seedling no longer able to stand on its own Hey Guys, my Gorilla seedling was going just fine till this morning. Weird! I propped her up using a fork n plant twist. Any ideas on whats going on? When/if do I add nutes with super soil?Using Purple Cow Indicanja super soil that's 0.8-0.8-0.8 It's advertised as water only, but I have my doubts. There isn't much information on this soil out there. My question is when/if I should be adding nutrients? I have GH Flora trio, Gaia power bloom and liquid silica.

regarding the light spectrum ratio. what is the ideal light spectrum for both the vegetative and flowering phases? Do you use 3500K lights during the vegetative stage, or only use cold white lights at 6000K? do you then switch in flower to 3500K lights along with 370-780nm?

Is it time to start flush?Is it good time to start flushing? Trichomes look like they are almost 100% milky. Leaves started to turn yellow and plants are drinking slightly less water, which I assume is sign that plants are taking nutrients from fan leaves rather than roots.
