My plant 29 data,Its ok??

Hey guys, this is my little plant on day 29 since it sprouted. I started it under a 250w HPS for 20 days, then I put it outdoors. The only downside is it gets 12 hours of direct light a day... what do you think? Is it doing well for you? Roughly how many grams could it yield?
