Phosphorus deficiency

BearSmalls
BearSmallsstarted grow question 4 years ago
It's not 48 hours since I watered the plants. They still have water, but there are symptoms of phosphorus deficiency (some stems slightly purple, lower leaves yellow and die). I am afraid that I will give them too much water. Should I water or wait?

Hi Bloombuster :) Thank you, but I haven't had a problem with the watering itself so far. Now the problem is that it is not yet time to water them because they have water, but it turns out that they probably have a phosphorus deficit and I don't know whether to wait until the next day or whether there is any way I can water the plants with fertiliser and not give them too much water.

And I'll add that they were watered last time with water alone.

1st plant-day 39 2nd plant-day 38 The problem came up a good few days ago. But I thought it was natural for the plant to get rid of the lower, unnecessary leaves. However, violet stems started to appear near the leaves and more and more of the lower leaves are dying (there are not many of them, but their number is increasing).

How old are your plants? But generally I'd rather wait a bit longer. A day of slight nutrient deficiency does way less damage than overwatering can, which may also cause root rot and other problems.
