ppfd ppf you can only measure with very expensive devices, the price of which is 10 times higher than the price of your lamp, bro! So in home conditions, without special equipment, you won't be able to figure this out! You can measure the illumination (lux) in the cultivation area above the plant! Install a free app called "luxmeter" on your smartphone from the market, wipe your phone's screen well, and clean it from grease and dirt. The light sensor is located on the screen side, which often rivals individual lux meters. Check the illumination above the plant. During flowering, your girl likes illumination in the range of 20000-100000 lux. Adjust the lamp height so it doesn’t heat the plant to such shock states but stays above 20000 lux. Install the app, you'll remember me more than once, bro! It will be like a compass for you in lighting! 👆 Good luck, bro! ✊😇

But that's what I thought shit I couldn't even say the damn formula that's why I asked for someone to explain it but if I can download an app and just keep them in a range of 20,000 Lux and 100,000 lux and just dabble with that should be easy

The lighting should be as follows, starting from the planting of the plant: Day 1 (250-500lux) Day 2 (500-1000lux) Day 3 (1000-2000lux) After five pairs of leaves, full vegetation (2000-10000lux) Flowering (10000-100000lux). Try not to exceed 99000 lux. Otherwise, there will be problems! 👆 Good luck, bro! ✊😇
