Hello You could try doing lst or something like that...but me personally I've started using super cropping a lot more to lower plants that have gotten too tall and it works great! It might seem a little scary but if you're gentle and do the pinch and bend slowly you probably won't snap any branches.👍

LST , but that should be done mainly in vedge and first couple weeks of flower. Other way is to supercrop. Gently bend and pinch the branch downwards . Then give her time to heal and it should give you some more head room. Don't mess with them to late in flower though. Good luck ✌️

Short question long answer... If you're indoors with adequate light: move the light up. Without adequate light: move the light down. Adequate light but can't move it up: do some bending-- pinch the stem that too tall and roll it in between your fingers for 10 seconds. Bend the stem so its laying horizontally. It only takes a few hours for the branch to turn into a hook shape and straighten out. The plant will heal. Outdoors: just let it grow or top it. You can top indoors too, but don't top during flower or preflower and if it's an auto, don't top beyond thirst week.
