Do you think my plant is ready for harvest? [First grower] Auto flowering at week 11, a lot of pistils are still white and 90% of the trichomes are milky, flushed for almost two weeks now,I cut some of the bigger leaves, a lot of the brown on the pictures are leaves.

If you use for medical purposes, now would probably be a good time to harvest. If you use recreationally, you'll be much happier waiting until the trichomes are 20-30% amber (50% if you use it to sleep). Make sure you're using the trichomes on the buds and not the leaves to make this judgment call.

Snapped branchI snapped 2 branches while training a few days ago.
I left them alone for a few days to see if they would recover.
They +- did but feel very unstable. Should I wait a few more days or just cut them off ?

Timing concerns...I've got plants that are currently in their forth week of flowering.
I also reversed the sex of some plants using STS, and those are now producing male flowers.
