Why aren't my plants growing? They've been germinating for ten days, but so far they've only developed 2 leaves and 2 are just starting to sprout. The water I give them is measured based on their dry weight. The substrate isn't very draining, could that be the issue?

PH is 4.9- BAD batch of happy frog.Ok so yeah definitely seeing a problem here, BAD batch of happy frog. Rock wool cubesHi everyone this is my first grow and I’m not the most clued up lol. Any advice appreciated.
I started in 1.5” then 3” rock wool cubes. I’m currently in week 4 , I plan to start flower at week 6 so Iv just transplanted into 6” cubes to see it right through. Will this be okay?

Optimal pH for solution, when growing in 70% Promix BX, 30% perlite.I'm having trouble finding reliable info regarding what to pH my nute solution to, I read that some like to look at it as hydro (technically soilless), and others view it as soil (due to being preloaded). So 5.5 - 6 or 6 - 6.5? HELP have done full grow using 5.5-6, peep the grow.Week 1

The possibility of using runoff, oxygenated, tested, adjusted to hydro levels and reused? Will it work or have I wasted money again?I'm using my own mix of soil composed of approx. 30% advanced organics potting soil, 30% peat, 15% coco, 15% perolite, 10% .5x.5x.5 compost. Did I need to size up to larger rockwool cubes?Geminated seeds in 1x1x1 rockwool cubes. End state is to be in 5 gallon buckets with 8" net pot and clay pebbles. I figured the roots are too small to reach all the way into water solution still so put small cubes into 4x4x4 rockwool. Did I need to use larger cubes?

ph problem in cocoHigh growmies, I grow in canna coco and checked my run off today and found 1 girl's ec was way to high so gave her a good flush with PH'd water 5.8.This did the trick and brought the ec back to where I want it but then checked ph and it went up with each flush any idea's ???Setup.
