Why aren't my plants growing? They've been germinating for ten days, but so far they've only developed 2 leaves and 2 are just starting to sprout. The water I give them is measured based on their dry weight. The substrate isn't very draining, could that be the issue?

The possibility of using runoff, oxygenated, tested, adjusted to hydro levels and reused? Maintaining the soil pHI give pH'ed water, never more than 800ppm and I still always end up with lockouts. I used to not give water untill runoff but now I do. What to do after testing the runoff? False reading or Hi PH?Is 20% humus lombrico mixed in my substrate giving a false ‘hi’ ph reading? Or is it truly over the max reading? I got one reading of 7 only at the exact second I took the picture, so I made a video. My water is high in calcium, I recently switched to distilled.

Can you please tell me if the sides need to be covered with earth?When I covered the soil in the beginning it wasn't like that, but after waterings the soil shrunk and now there is space between the pot fabric and the soil. Should I add more soil to avoid root problems? And also the water drains down there and quickly runs downhill 😞
