Firstly sorry to hear about such a mess up problem. Unfortunately I dont have the best advice for you but to just increase your light abit if its strong and the just water your plants with regulated ph'd water and all the new growth to develop, once you mess up her leaves there's not much you can do to save them in my experience. So I suggest to let them grow out abit, trip them accordingly and you wouldn't even know what's happened.

Yellow spots on bottom leaves.Starting to notice big brown/yellow spots on the bottom leaves only. Plants look healthy at the top but not happy(not praying and look droopy). I water every 3/4 days so it’s not a matter of being locked and Calmag is also used. Can’t figure out what the problem is here.
