Spots on this one leaf

Can anyone provide some inside into what these spots on the leaf may be from? I know there was slight nute burn as multiple tips have indicated, but this is the only leaf I've seen with these spots. Thanks in advance!

I'm thinking this leaf just got some water on it or other trauma as I've seen no other signs of issues.

One of two things.. lockout of Ca or Ca deficiency. Consider recent behaviour before making a choice.. calculate ppm of what you feed etc... that will make the answer clear. ppm calcs on web or i have one that may or may not work with liquid nutrients -- think i have specific gravity worked out, but some web calcs don't even consider it, lol... so choose wisely. Use label info.. make an informed choice. Since you had a recent OD, i'd lean toward lockout, but the ppms would help point out what it is... mokst likey K, my guess, if >200-220 ppm.

I just want to add, the nute burn on the tips are from about a week to a week and a half ago. The spots on this leaf just started yesterday. Still may be from nutes, but want to clarify. I did cut back the nutes this week, perhaps I should wait a while before feeding again and just water for the time being?

Try to flush her and then maybe add a lower dose of nutrients. I think you have your answer by knowing that you recieved some nutrient burn signs already. If you chose to not flush her, add lower ppm so she utilizes what's in the soil. But better to flush
