Condition of leaves

Noticed one of the buds looking a bit browner than the rest. Also having some issues with the leaves, not sure if nutrient deficiency or nute burn? Also noticing brown on new growth as you can see in the photos.

I do believe you have some bud rot broski. Sorry...that's a bit of bad luck. Better toss the affected buds, before it spreads.

Yep sorry dude but looks like mouldiness to me too.
From your pics, your tent looks really wet at this stage, should be at less than 30% RH
