Your plant shows stress pre-signs. We're missing some informations to clearly identify your issue, but here are some clues : this could be related to overheating, I see your daytime temperature is 32°c, which is very high for a such young plant (and even for adults). A nutrient burn could also be responsible for this, but we don't know what you're giving to her and at what frequency? Finally, this may happened because of the proximity between your lamp and your plant : 15cm is very close, once again you're working with babies here and you don't want them to be hurt. I would try this : increase the lamp distance, decrease nutrients (only plain PHd water until the next healthy leaves appear), and find a way to lower down your day+night temperature. Your soil might be a little hot for the seedling. It looks like nutrient burn to me. But I wouldn’t worry about it too much at this stage. Those cotillion leaves will die off in a couple of weeks anyway. But I would suggest water only for the next few weeks. There should be plenty of nutrients in your soil for her during the seedling and early veg stages. Good luck!

Sick plant, could be temp, nutes, too much water?Leaf tips looking burnt and wilting in flower ... keeps getting worse no matter what. pH 6.8. Raised light. Please help to identify deficiency / excess???7 weeks, autoflower, soil + perlite, giving water with RQS Easy Bloom (half a tablet per 3 liters), pH of the watering mixture is 6.5. The bottom leaves on one of the plants are turning yellow (starting from the tips) and slowly dying , while the top leaves tips look very burnt.
