Thrips, 100% Predator Mites, Neem Oil, or Insecticidal soap. Put diatomaceous earth in the soil as well to interrupt their pupal stage..

Ok I’m sure about the insects, they can be thrips but you have to take a better look at them I suggest a quarantine for this plant while u control the others and cure that if u can Hope to be comprensive and useful ✌️🏽

The first pic tells me pest, but looking good I could not see anything and therefore I thought stress. however, zooming the first photo precisely on the upper part of the leaf I seem to see two insects! So check your leaves , also under where the most pests stays , and take a look for white random spots over the leaves , something similar at the first pic

Talons( leaf curl) and the yellowing. Maybe light burn.? With out knowing more info such as nutes light type height of light RH or temp it's hard to diagnose. Maybe provide some more info so the clever folks here can assist you correctly Good luck.
