HELP! I would like to solve and find a valid explanation for these leaves that are burning, mainly on the main stem, which is the most exposed to light." I have also added a dose of nutrients since it is the last week of bloom. Does anyone have any idea💡? Thank you

Aahhh, one of my favourite strains! I would be concerned that is is the beginning of mould/fungi, and would be keeping moisture in the grow area to a minimum, and possibly checking your flower for any mould/fungus growing within the flowers, and if found, removing the affected parts immediately, before it spreads and you could potentially lose even more. Knowing how solid and dense Amnesia Haze is, this would be my first concern. Seeing as this part is closest to the light where it is the warmest, would suggest to me it is also the most humid spot too, leading to possible mould/fungus issues. Your plant looks to me as being ready to harvest, so it may be wise to do that sooner rather than later, especially if you do diagnose the problem as mould/fungus. Better to get what you can while it is still relatively healthy, than wait too long and letting any problems potentially spread throughout everything. I have never had any problems with growing this strain outdoors, even in temperatures as high as 45+ Celsius, so I doubt it is heat stress, unless there is no or very little air movement. Hope this helps.... Organoman. PS - see my diary "How Sweet it is" for some outdoor Amnesia Haze pictures.

@burmese thank you for your response. It's true, it's showing a bit of stress due to the slightly late harvest and the light source being too intense, but I moved the lamp back by 8/10 cm and it seems the symptom has stopped. Anyway, I will be harvesting next week after 7 days of flushing. Thanks again for your response! Cheers and greetings mate !!👍😀

@ORGANOMAN .. thank you for your response.. I should mention that it's also one of my favorite strains (HAZE is always HAZE). I also thought about mold given the density of the buds and the entire canopy, but it’s true that the relative humidity in the grow box has remained stable night/day between 35/45% throughout the flowering, so I ruled out the possibility of mold. However, I definitely considered increasing the nutrient feed, but also a deficiency of mg/cal, as well as the light being too close to the main bud causing significant stress and burns. But anyway, I’ll be harvesting in a week, so I’ll start flushing today as you suggested!! Thanks again for your help! Cheers mate🌱😀👍

Hi there,I can’t explain to you scientifically. All I know is Plants are less defensive during flowering stage and they are using all the energies for bud production. They will show heat stress( mostly if temp is above 25C or intense heat at buds, hot spot heat stress)and leaves discoloration(may be different from strain to strain. As long as I can keep my substrate or resoviors pH in proper range and proper feed I will not worry a bit about those discoloration). All I would do is making her as comfortable as I can until harvest.Happy growing... ✌️

Mainly, spots closest to light will be affected first by too high intensity of light (obviously, I know u know this part). Your canopy looks even, and lower budsites look much healthier. If I were you, I would raise grow lights a bit. Plants can be light stressed BEFORE any discoloration on the leaves. Once discoloration shows closest to grow light, you can usually narrow it down to being too intense at that distance. Let me know if this helps. Happy Green Growing!
