What's the problem?

Today I washed with 1lt PH 6.5 tap water and I removed 4 more leavs, see pic. I don't understand if I'm giving too many or too few nutrients or if it's due to light burn, too much water or a mixture of causes 😱 please help! thanks

I'm no expert but to me that looks more like a deficiency , where are they on the plant? I have 1 as well that's getting zero light wondering if you're in a similar position,
Have you checked the deficiency charts?
