Spraying water is not enough. You need moist substrate for the roots to grow and develop. They damage on the leaves, I would suggest, is being caused by you spraying them with water. As the water evaporates, it leaves behind previously dissolved mineral salts. These mineral salts then crystalize, blocking the stomata/pores in your leafs' surface, causing the damage and killing small areas of the leaves. Try watering the soil around your plant and avoid getting your plants' leaves wet. Hope this helps..... Organoman.

Heya, Try watering the soil as the roots maybe be bigger than you think for the plant being so small. During this stage I would usually water 80mL until dry again. Good luck!
