I just think its signs from your HST and the transplant to the bigger pots.
And if you haven't flushed her sometime under the veg its time to do it now.
I dont think it something to worrie about but i would keep an eye on it.

I see red/purple stems with some of my plants also. Not sure why specifically, but doesn't seem to affect growth or harvest.

Calculating flowering time from seed bank infoPlease explain seed banks term "flowering time". Would that be time from sprout to harvest, pre-flower to harvest, or flowering to harvest? I believe I read that pre-flowering takes 2 weeks till it enters true flower, please let me know if this is correct. Thanks!Week 8
