I just think its signs from your HST and the transplant to the bigger pots.
And if you haven't flushed her sometime under the veg its time to do it now.
I dont think it something to worrie about but i would keep an eye on it.

I see red/purple stems with some of my plants also. Not sure why specifically, but doesn't seem to affect growth or harvest.

Defolation question, removing more leaves necessary?Hello again, my plant is finally flowering and i did a few defolations already, but leaves grow back very quickly and i have the feeling i have to defolate again ?
