I just think its signs from your HST and the transplant to the bigger pots.
And if you haven't flushed her sometime under the veg its time to do it now.
I dont think it something to worrie about but i would keep an eye on it.

I see red/purple stems with some of my plants also. Not sure why specifically, but doesn't seem to affect growth or harvest.

Sources differ a bit on whether pollensacs can have pistils or not, all the sac-looking flowers have at least one or two pistils, none have no pistils...Week 10

on one of my plants I found a pollen sack and upon further looking found seeds in all 3 plants. the pollen sack is genetic? slightly disappointing now that they all have a lot of seeds but the weed is fire so will reuse them. will I have the same issue with the next generation?Week 13
