Seems like you have some Nitrogen (N) deficiency - foliage yellow from bottom to the top with tip chlorosis (burns). Also some slight radiation/light stress - top leaves curl and claw upwards with some bleaching at the very tips. Try increasing you lamps distance to plant by 10-15cm and if the radiation stress doesn't get better then increase by another 5cm. To help your plants' nitrogen deficiency increase your Nitrogen based fertilizer (usually labeled as "grow" or "veg") by about 30-50% and keep an eye on your plant in the next few days if they get better then slowly increase it as the plant grows, but if it persists then increase dosage by another 20%. Hope this helps! Good luck and happy harvest (soon!) :)

If stems begin to purple then that indicates a slight Phosphorous (P) deficiency as well! so adjust your fertilizing accordingly! Your runoff should come out with about the same parameters, pH and EC/PPM should come out the same to keep a consistent nutrient supply and root space for your plant! As mentioned before at least 20-30% runoff is required to prevent salt buildups and proper nutrient/moisture spread in the medium.

Make sure end of run off is in correct ph range. Purple is a sign a lot of times that there a nutrition problem. Ph being off could disguise itself as many things. Also make sure run off is at least 20 percent every water. If using any chemicals the salts build up in substrate and will send ph off by a lot.

If your run off is 1000ppm last time it shouldn't be nute burn. It doesn't look like a light burn to me. I believe it's the genetic of the plant. However, I would recommend to keep watch and measure the run off next time as well. Cheers! đŸ˜ŸđŸ™Œ
