By what leaves are saying. I would check your run off ph. Should not have to flush if getting proper run off when you water. I think your substrate ph is off causing lock out so your plant is not using water or nutrients cause it can't absorb them. Use a calibrated ph tester. Good luck. And happy growing 🌲🌲🌲👊

That definitely looks like a excess of nutrients, tips of leaves look burnt and discolouration also point in that direction. I would wait till they are due a feed and definitely give them a flush or at bare minimum just a water feed.
