Bigger buds how to?

Would love to know if im doing it right on my dwarfs to get nice buds or not. And do i lower my lamp so that they stop streching? I need to get bigger buds on them. ??

They're looking good. I usually keep my cmh light about 18-20 inches above them. I also put my hand just above the buds to feel how much heat there is... if I feel like I could get a sun burn from it... I raise the light and check again.
I have a fan blowing on the tops to help with the heat if it does feel too warm.

What could cause a Gelato to grow only popcorn buds?This is, luckily, not my plant but the sister of my Gelato Auto which for a long time did not want to grow. Harvest or leave in the sun for a while?My plant got way too little light inside when i tried a 12/12 light rhythm. now it looks like the trichromes are getting milky already even though the buds are tiny. Any input? Small nuggzzzzMoby dick Auto has been slow but steady on the bud growth, way slower than other genetics and this is the only plant from this strain so no comparison. What to do? → BF Runtz Auto - Day 42 - RH70, 80F in BioBizz Light SoilOn my last post, I was advised I have N tox, so I watered w/o BioGrow, just BioBloom and it's gotten much worse.
