At this age/size baby plants need baby feeding. Giving them 8 different nutrients won't make them grow faster. Just give them "grow" and "micro" and all will be fine until they are more advanced, say 8-10 nodes, before increasing feeding. Half strength until then is probably plenty strong enough. Remember, it is a lot easier to correct a slight under feeding than it is to rescue a over fed and burnt plant. The leaves will never be 100% perfect, 100% of the time, ever, and you are probably seeing the first indications of nutrient overload. Hope this helps,.. Organoman.

Do you use any calmag or anything similar? I had a problem that started out like that one time and it was fixed by upping my calmag dose. If you are using leds you def need more. Also try to fluctuate ph from 6.0 - 6.5. Sometimes make it on the higher side and sometimes on the lower. This really helps the plant to take up all nutrients. Just my 2 cents. Good luck!

Have you got your light very close? Are temperatures very high? What is the rh%? Do they need a bigger container, can you see roots at the bottom of the container? Is it coco, if so ph should be 5.8?

I'm guessin coco because of all the nutes? Never used it so not sure how the nutes work regards deficiencies or toxicity but it looks a hell of a lot like you've just got the light too close/powerful, I'd say pretty sure if it's led you're using.
