Hey! This could be related to a Calmag deficiency. But I see you're already adding extra. Nutrient burn is definitely possible, given the amount of nutrients. The tips are also burned and the leaves are still nice and green, so it's more likely an excess than a deficiency. Check your pH and EC to see if everything can still be accurately recorded.
