When breeders advertise yield figures, example: 450g-600g/ m2, is that weight for dried buds or the wet weight when harvesting?

That is usually dried buds under a 600w light. Some companies it is from a 1000w light but usually 600 unless stated otherwise.

One Week and 2nd Germinated Seed didn't break the surface? Hope is lost?2nd plant didn't sprout yet. It's "brother" is already 5cm high and growing. Both did germinate together, but this one didn't break the soil/medium surface as the other. Is this a lost cause (after 1 week)? Do I continue to wait? Is there something I can do about it? How to know if a plant has dried sufficiently to cureThis is my 1st grow so I cut a node off a plant to experience the drying process before harvesting the whole plant.
