Please help, yellow leaves/falling down

Please help, leaves are becoming yellow and falling. It started with 2 leaves about 3 weeks ago and I feel like my plant is dying. What could be wrong? My plant is in flowering so I really don't want to lose her:(

I am giving PK 13-14 nutrients. Yellowing started to climb upper leaves:(

In the flowering stage, it's normal for the leaves at the bottom to wilt and some to fall off; this will happen until the end of flowering. It seems to have to do with its feeding. How is it being fed?
