Bugs, what should I do?

I found these in my grow place. I have not seen them before so I am not sure if they just showed up or they were in the plant. I think they are some kind of rice bug. Can you tell me if I should be concerned or what they are?

just take them out...... they are big enough to see them very well. they love old wood... etcnormally living outdoors

Looks like a snout beetle. Diet: Nearly all adult weevils and snout beetles feed on plants, though they vary greatly in their preferences for eating stems, leaves, seeds, roots, flowers, or fruits.

2 day update after changing light. Is progress okay?Hello, on Monday i changed my light from some scam of a light that said 50w, to a mars hydro ts600. This is the 2 progress since then. Ignore the loss of a quarter of one of the cotyledons :))

Why dont my plants grow towards the middle/light and instead concentrate near the walls?Looks like my plants are growing towards the wall and not towards the middle where the light should be the best.
