Possible sacs? Pineapple Express Fem Help ASAP

Trying to figure out if she started making pollen sacs or if that’s just how pineapple genetics are. Seen someone else with the same problem but I’m not too sure still. Seen something called “bolting” but not sure if this is it. Tried catching a couple different sites

Definetly hermie flowers, id toss that and send pics to the company. You pay for female seeds they shouldn't be selling you shit hermie seeds not to mention it almost looks like a full on male. Thats a piss off and I feel for you. Grow sweet seeds thier stuff does not disappoint and prices are great.

male sacs, could have hermied out on ya from stress or just could have been from the breeder, either way i would get rid of it unless you want seeds for later

Is necessary to harvest in 2 times? Give a week more for the bottom "popcorn" buds and the third plant, shorter in shadow?
Should I cut whole largest branches entirely, or cut all at same height
