I would blame your growmedium// your feeding.... but iam not havingg much informations
but to me the girl looks hungry,,, so either the PH is wrong, or your feedings with a wrong ph or to low
these markings are lockout scars, it shows that the plant had PH swings
so yes add to your feeding calmag++Nitrogen
water more frequently, the airpots are drying out very much, try to wwater daily, keep humidity high ( 75 Perceent)
always feed into moist medium
and if i have more information to medium and feeding i can diagnose better

What could this spot on the leaf be? It has been visible for the last couple of days and it's been growing WITH the leaf and not independently.She has this one spot on the leaf. It is only on the upper side, meaning if i look underneath the leaf there is no such mark. I have no idea what it could be.
