I've had similar sort of issues, but that was root related, and the plant colour was generally better. It looks kinda "bleak".
At worst you could pretty much reseat the plant, replace soil and/or root prune a bit. It's not that hardcore, even if drastic, if it happens to be some really fucked up issue. But that's not looking great.
Maybe half-flush and use some generic nutrients (I'd suggest like molasses and some sort of calcium + phosphor + epsom salts...some sort of similar combination, but low levels)?
Pretty much speculation. That can't be light, maybe heat, but unlikely, so it's something water related I reckon (why though, again, no idea).
