How long do I keep grow light on?

How often do i need my grow light on? I got some Sweet Soma seeds, they're at about 10 inches high now, just in Nutrient enriched compost.

Most people run 18 hours of light and 6 hours in the dark if you are going to be in a tent. Some people like to push the plants and run 20 of light and 4 dark. And few run 24 lights all time. Just be careful, the more light you give the plant the less room for error there is in the airflow and water aspects of it. Happy Growing!!!

Normal timing for the vegetative stage is between 18 and 20 hours of light. 18 hours is standard.
When moving into flower you will flip your lights to only 12 hours per day and 12 hours darkness. This will kick start the flowering process and you will be on your way. Good luck and enjoy!

yellow spots on upper leaves, towards the end of flowering, I grow in a Coco ,flowering 8/10This is my second attempt at cocus
I work with Plagron nutrient solutions(Coco Nutrient)
I follow the table, there were no problems on my first try.. should i stop nutrients? I always mix the water in a bucket, so I can't spoil it either, because most of the plants are healthy, ph 5.5 is always between 5-7!

P lockout mid flower coco ph dropMidflower lockout P starts, cal/mag is in line up. Week 3-4 runoff ph drops 5.2-5.3 then P. I follow success feed chart. Adjust feed to match intake but salts starting to stack and lockout. I have added add cal/mag. Maybe too dry, but still happens. Last feed 1050 still stackd

Since then the OGK and TT have also gotten brown leaves, the Gelato is unbothered
Could this be nutes? part of the flush process?
