To transplant or not to transplant???

I'm coming up on my 5th week of veg should I transplant these into my 3 gallon containers now or should I wait a little bit longer? If so how much longer should I wait?

Week 5 of Veg, this is where I transplant from 1.5L pots to 18L pots. Yes, you can transplant now to avoid any root bound .
