Mold in Growing Medium?

Hello, Today i made a really bad discovery, i think. When i watered my 1 week old plants, it brought the soil up a bit and i saw White and Yellow Flakes of dirt in there. they pretty surely look like mold.
Is this Dangerous to the Plant and if, how can i treat it?

StretchingBecause my seedling stretched a little during her first few days of life, is it safe to bury a small amount of her stem in the substrate when I transplant in a week or two? I'm using coco and perlite 70/30. Actually writing this down made me realize it's probably a stupid idea 🤣

Is growth normally this slow for seedlings? Bud rot! Should I harvest early?I wasn’t finding any mold or mildew except a few leaves until today. Had about 4days of rain and now there’s a bit of rot in every large bud it seems like. About 10 days of sun coming up now, so should I just cut the rot out and wait 1-2 weeks? Or chop now and make hash?

They're 2 1/2 days, 2 days, 1 day, and freshly sprouted. Their size corresponds to their age, all growing at a similar rate.
