I am learning as I grow. With over 12 hours natural lite I would like to improve my indoor natural lite process. Is it ok to make a "backdrop" cardboard cutout, layered with aluminum foil for extra lite/heat??

I can be absent minded sometimes, I have a photo reflector "Single-Laminated Reflective Cloth - Silver" is the manufacturers material description, I am trying to search engine this material but no significant results. Diamond Mylar is the popular search result. no offense I dont like amazon dot whatever.

Lamp to plant distance: is 40cm enough during flowering phase?Started with 70cm (afraid to "burn" the leaves), but moved it down to 40cm after checking other grow diaries for auto seeds.
