My outdoor Gorilla Glue Auto is getting eaten by something. Any thoughts on what this could be? I have not seen any pests while doing checks and it is only this plant (I have two more outdoors in same are with this one). Part of leaf and even entire fingers have been eaten.

I would stake my left......... eyebrow that it is a caterpillar of some sort, probably green and a "cabbage moth" larvae. Look for poop, small rounded crusty cubes, black in colour, stuck to a leaf, the culprit will be one leaf above the poop. Since it is only one plant, the "resident caterpillar" theory holds water, if it were grasshoppers or locusts, all your plants would almost certainly show signs of "grazing". When found you can squash it by pinching the leaf around it like a taco, this seems to warn other moths not to lay their eggs there. If you are a "live and let live" type of person, throw it over your fence or relocate it away from your yard, the further the better, otherwise chickens/birds love eating them, thereby you will be enabling the "circle of life" in nature - eat or be eaten! Hope this helps, Organoman.

Yes from my experiences it could either be grasshoppers or caterpillars. Grasshoppers usually go for the stems and will kill whole branches. Caterpillars will eat leaves. Within just a day it can take out several leaves. When it gets to out of control I my outdoor garden with caterpillars I will use a botanical insecticide specifically for caterpillars. The brand is Monterey B.T. It contains fungal spores that specifically controls caterpillars. Hope this was helpful and happy growing! 👍😎

Just a guess here but that looks like a grasshopper is hanging around your plants at night.
