Yellow sticky cards to catch adults. Diatomaceous earth for top dressing to slice the adults up when they go on your soip Beneficial nematodes SF to kill the larvae. Fungus gnats usually appear when your soil is too wet, are you watering too much?

I hate gnats, that's the reason I changed to Hydro, very difficult to control when things get hot they really thrive. I read a lot of solutions for killing their eggs but found the best solution was a natural preditor. Applied these once in my grow and all the rest of the house plants and possible gnat sources and problem was solved. You do need to be cautious not to apply too many mites but I'm not very experienced and worked well for me. https://www.koppert.com/entomite-m/

when I had gnats ..I ended up throwing out...When I did I noted the root base was fungus. Any OVERWATERING seems to bring them about. In Canada we have .....mosquito dunks... made in usa it says.I take one quarter piece and cheese grater it like a top dressing on my 5 gallon pails. some make a tea and water with..its a biological control...maybe repot? look for blight and fungus at root base and leaf blight. Its just time....
