Mealy bugs??

I found a mealy bug on the new growth,an earwig like bug(1 cm),i sprayed with neem oil twice and some other pest control solution about pests.this mornjng i found it like this.help please??leaves are droopy

Show better pics—- droop can be from too much water or too little water. Use an alternating method of neem and a citric acid based ipm—- like Dr Zymes Eliminator

Next time you spray bugs, try a little dawn soap mixed with water and spray the bugs. Doesn't hurt your plants and kills most insects by smothering them. Effective immediately on most bugs. Spray just before lights out.
