What are you having trouble with or what questions do you have?
With mechanical lever presses I find that the pressing plates are way too large for the force. I would use bags 50-75% the recommended size. This will give higher pressure per square cm and could yield better extraction.

Flushed too soon or right time?Hi growers, my last water is today for flush before harvest. Should i have given it an extra week or two?
