Nutrient lock out?

Well watered my plants with great value drinking water. Ph 4.11. Didn't check ph until week 3. Currently upping it to 6.5 after I found the issue. Does this look like nutrient lock out? They were in root Riot starter plugs. And I fed the some clonex and great white microbs.

Yes this would certainly be because of the low pH.. that’s gonna cause all types of issues.
Good news is you’ve identified it, and you corrected so you should see improvement within a few days.. or at least it you’ll see it won’t continue progressing pretty quickly.
Keep that pH on point and you should be fine

What kind of pH pen do you have? Do you calibrate it regularly?

Nah—- that’s the ph. It takes some time before you see the new growth looming good. Do what you are doing and just give it time! ✌️🏻💚🌿💨
