Ocean Forest is what I use and have had very good luck with it. 1. Auto's are on a fixed schedule so you should not do anything that will stunt them. That usually means no transplanting so my plants start in their forever pot, usually a 19/20 liter (5 gallon) fabric pot. 2. Make sure your water is middle of the range for pH. I shoot for 6.5. 3. Water new sprouts carefully. You want to get the soil moist down deep so I thoroughly water the pot before planting. Then once the sprout is above ground I will water lightly when the top of the soil is dry.
