Yes, I have seen this before and it will not affect your plants growth or development. The cotyledons only function is to protect the growing tip from damage as it pushes through the soil to the surface. It is only the serrated true leaves that you have to be watchful about.

Deep Ridges in leaves I have a whole strain (3 plants) exhibiting a general lack of vertical growth; but also deep veins and ridges causing eveb more malformed leaves. Same setup as my other 3 plants of another strain that are thriving. Looks like pH issue? Maybe this strain needs lower?
