Hello it is thrips 100 % . you can use neem oil or diatomeus earth to kill them. Good luck. Bye

Looks like thrips. And the red leaves kinda look like a Molybdenum Deficiency.

Thrips infestation and chemical pesticide, help!I've bugs, probably thrips. I'll not be able to obtain organic pesticide (neem oil based) before one week!
