It looks a bit underdeveloped. It’s hard to tell from the lighting how the color looks. the daytime temps should be a bit warmer, 25 - 28C would be better. Also, what medium are you growing in? Is that coco? If so you need to give it some nutrients, just a light feeding, start with a ppm around 250 or so and increase slowly. More details will make it easier to help

So far they look okay. It is hard to tell under grow lights. White light is best for pictures and seeing leaf color, and health. Should start growing a bit faster now it is accumulated to soil. Good luck and happy growing 🌱
