Can anyone advise on whats happened with my girls? I know I over fed them so I've been just water for last week.

Hi! Obviously, it's struggling after the over-fertilization. Keep giving it water and let whatever happens happen. I think you should have done a root flush as soon as you realized you over-fertilized. You could add enzymes and mycorrhizae to help a bit with the process.
