Remove Hermied Plant?One of my plants hermied. Do I keep pinching pollen sacs or remove the plant completely and try to save the other two? The hermie plant is the smallest of three. Pollen sacs are fairly developed and have dropped visible pollen on leaves. I pinched them all off as seen in photo.

Slow growth Can anyone tell me why my autos seem to be growing so slowly? They're on day 6 now and the true serrated leaves are taking their time to come through, as far as I'm aware everything is good. The soil ph, the light distant (50cm) 600w mh, the temp 24-26 degrees and the humidity.
