I had lowered my Sanlight Q4 from 50 cm to 40cm, as per vendors recommendation and now I believe that I have burned the little ones. Or is this a nutrient issue?

Hi there. I grow in rockwool and hydroton as well at the moment. With rockwool it has a naturally high ph I think around 7 or 8. I normally soak mine in ph 4.5/5 water for 24hrs then shake a lot of the water out. Then I soak in mild nute solution for 15mins Ec 0.45 ph 5.5 then shake, then place my seed in the hole. With the hydroton especially if it's new I give that a mega rinse to get the dust off then soak that in ph 5.5 for 24hrs. If its hydroton I used before, I jet wash the roots out and then boil the rocks before soaking in ph 5.5

Did you ph/buffer your rockwool before planting seed into it? If not the the ph of the rockwool may be off some as well.

You need cal mag in your solution. About a 1ml to liter. Plus if plants were not stretching badly you were in a good spot before with the light. Light is suppose to intensify through vegging, in flowering is when it is strongest. 🌱👍

I can't lower the PH in coco. I spilled it twice in a week, the first time with 12 liters of clean water with a pH of 5.9, today I spilled it again with 23 liters of water with a pH of 5.5, but from the drainage it’s still 6.86. What holds PH so much? The leaves already indicate

Brown spots on upper leaves I've noticed some brown spots on some of the top leaves. The light is 4-7 inches from the top buds but it doesn't produce much heat, touching my hand to it its maybe 110-120f degrees. I've been topping up the water everyday with my full nutrient solution 15ml each of AN m/g/b.

Salt buildup with biobizz fertilizers in biobizz lightmix soil, runoff EC grows after each plain watering. Each one takes 6 days to dry. Help Plants watered for two months w/o proper runoff with biobizz grow/bloom 50% dose. It seems this caused salt buildup which led to deficiencies. Got myself a PPM/EC meter. Nov18 3L EC-IN 1.3 EC-OUT 2.7, Nov24 3L EC-IN 0.5 EC-OUT 3.1, Nov30 EC-IN 0.9 EC-OUT 4.1. Why does it go up?

Mars Hyrdo TS600 - 100w but mistook for 600w I've recently found out that the led light I have which is a Mars Hydro TS600 is not in fact 600w and is actually 100w. Do I need to compensate in any way? My plants look healthy but short, I don't want to put the light too far away that it's ineffective, how close is too close?
