at the moment no, not to my knowledge. The way silver works in females is it blocks an enzyme from being used and that's why it makes male parts. That enzyme is what make its female. In males plants silver will not add in that enzyme and it can't block it because they don't have it. If you where a crazy scientist maybe you could harness that enzyme and add it onto the males and make flowers but I feel it would have very limited applications.
