Specific to you’re grow.. I would not defoliate. If you wanna take some of the lower growth off each branch that can be helpful to not waste plants energy on that growth. Just make sure your environment is on point. Look up VPD charts and try to stay in the sweet spot depending on temp and RH. Reference your lights par map and make sure you’re getting plenty of light but not overdoing it. I’d go for around 6-800 umols at the canopy if your at 18/6 light cycle

Your plants look great. The leaves look happy and healthy. And you are feeding a high quality nutrient with the ghe trio so you're doing everything you can at this point. Genetics is the #1 thing you want to look at if you want snow covered buds. The genetics you are growing are hit and miss as far as that goes. If you want frost then get some in house genetics strains and you won't be disappointed.

I would also not recommenced defoliation you have lots of airspace between the nodes and they are not in need of it. This string it looks be be a stretcher so pining it down into the SCROG will help it. Best Of Luck

Drop your scrog lower and spread them, now it will work more as support than bud mass increase via increasing space... I would not do much to her, unless after drop some leaves can't be tucked and covering other branch or big bud ... All the Best !

Neither defoliation or lollipopping will get your frosty buds. Genetics, light, environment, nutrition
